Senior Program Manager
HOPE is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as Senior Program Manager who will design and facilitate community advocacy and leadership training programs. In this role, they would be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs aimed at empowering community members to advocate for positive change at the city, county, and school board levels. The role will be crucial in equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively engage in the advocacy process and advance as representative leaders of their community.
Vice President of Innovation and Community Engagement
HOPE is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the position of Vice President of Innovation and Community Engagement. The ideal candidate has a government affairs, program, and business development background. They would lead a dedicated team responsible for engaging community stakeholders, advancing government affairs strategies, developing, and implementing a national and regional strategy, and start up a social enterprise leading to the growth of HOPE. They must be able to direct and manage cross-functional teams, meet tight deadlines, and enjoy fundraising.
